BRAND IDENTITY · DIGITAL · PRINT
Your business has something worth saying. MayaWeb helps you say it through purposeful graphic design: a recognisable identity, clear marketing materials and campaign creatives that belong to the same brand. From one launch graphic to a complete set of assets, we design around your message, audience and next business goal.
MAYAWEB · GRAPHIC DESIGN
Graphic design brings type, colour, imagery and layout together so people can understand a message. It helps a product label explain what is inside, a brochure organise an offer, and a social creative make its main point easy to see.
It suits businesses starting a brand, refreshing their visual identity or producing regular marketing materials. The work can include logos, campaign artwork, packaging, presentations, publications and assets for digital channels.
At MayaWeb, the brief starts with the purpose of the design. We then agree the formats, content, concepts and review stages needed to produce a consistent set of usable files.

A considered set of colours, type styles and image treatments helps customers recognise your business across different touchpoints.
Visual hierarchy gives the main point room to breathe, then guides people through the details and the next action.
Well-organised product, service and campaign information helps people compare options and understand what you are offering.
A shared creative direction can carry across a post, banner, brochure and presentation while respecting each format.
Agreed templates and reusable elements give your team a starting point for repeated announcements, offers and sales material.
Thinking about dimensions, legibility and output early helps avoid artwork that looks good on screen but is awkward to use.
MAYAWEB · GRAPHIC DESIGN
Tell us what you need the design to communicate, who will see it and where it will be used. We turn that into a practical brief.
Concepts, formats, quantities, revisions and delivery files are agreed before production. Additional requirements are discussed as scope changes.
See the direction before it becomes a full campaign. Consolidated feedback helps keep decisions specific and the work moving.
Your approved logo, colours, fonts and tone remain the foundation unless your brief specifically includes a brand refresh.
Content readiness, complexity and review time shape the schedule. We agree the milestones around your launch or delivery needs.
Final versions, size adaptations and agreed editable files are labelled so your team can identify the right artwork for each use.
MAYAWEB · GRAPHIC DESIGN
A printed menu and an Instagram story are read differently. We consider viewing size, context, content length and the action the design needs to support.
Our service mix connects graphic design with content, websites, photo editing and marketing. A consistent message can continue beyond the first creative.
We look at how the chosen direction can extend into the next asset: reusable type styles, spacing, image treatments and layouts that keep the brand coherent.

Choose a focused deliverable or combine services into a larger brief. The items below describe available scope, not automatic inclusions in every package.
Develop a visual starting point for a new business or a considered refresh for an existing one. Logo development is scoped separately from a static graphic.
Give posts, stories and carousel layouts a consistent visual style. Connect the artwork with your content calendar through social media management.
Make the offer, supporting detail and action easy to find. Prepare creative variants for the placements agreed with your social advertising or PPC team.
Organise services, products and business information into a readable document. Page count and supplied content determine the layout scope.
Help customers understand the product while keeping the brand recognisable. Work from approved copy and the dimensions or dieline supplied for the project.
Carry your visual identity into the documents and details people keep. Agree the contact information and production format before design.
Communicate an event, offer or range of products with a clear reading order. Plan versions around the content and the space available.
Turn supplied information into slides that support the story. Build a visual rhythm around headlines, images, diagrams and data.
Bring consistency to longer documents with a considered grid, typographic hierarchy and navigation. Manuscript readiness and page count guide the quote.
Design for the distance and setting in which the artwork will be seen. Confirm dimensions and fabricator requirements before preparing files.
Explain a process or organise information visually. Illustration complexity, source information and required adaptations are agreed separately.
Extend the brand into banners, article images, campaign headers and other digital assets. Pair with website design or email marketing when the wider experience is needed.

01 / SOCIAL CREATIVE
A social graphic needs to communicate at a glance. We balance the headline, image and supporting detail, then adapt the layout for the agreed placements.

Discuss a creative briefMAYAWEB · GRAPHIC DESIGN
Agree the audience, main message, deliverables, dimensions, content and budget. Review existing assets and the deadline.
Establish the visual references and the concepts covered by your package. Decide what should feel familiar and what should change.
Develop the chosen layouts with the supplied copy, imagery and brand elements. Show the work in its intended context.
Collect specific, consolidated feedback. Refine the work through the included rounds and discuss changes outside the agreed brief.
Prepare the agreed sizes and versions. Review spelling, alignment, image quality and output settings with the approved content.
Supply the agreed final exports and editable files. Identify any remaining production requirements and confirm the next set of assets if needed.
MAYAWEB · GRAPHIC DESIGN
Plan the pixel dimensions, placement and reading size around the actual channel. Keep the text legible, the crop intentional and the exported file practical to upload.
Use the printer’s specifications to set up the document. Confirm the final size, bleed, colour profile, image requirements and any supplied dieline before final export.
Printing, materials, finishing and fabrication are separate from design unless explicitly included. Screen previews are not a physical colour proof.
MAYAWEB · GRAPHIC DESIGN
Logo projects, long documents, original illustrations and packaging ranges need their own scope. They are not assumed to fit the per-design Standard package.
A specific piece with a clear brief, such as a launch graphic, flyer or sales sheet. Agree the concepts, revisions and final sizes before starting.
A connected set of assets for a launch, event or promotion. Build the central direction first, then plan the agreed variations across channels.
A recurring scope for teams with regular creative needs. Confirm the workload, priorities, review schedule and monthly limits in a custom proposal.
