This policy explains MayaWeb’s handling of information connected with this website and enquiries about our digital marketing, creative and development services. “MayaWeb”, “we” and “our” refer to the business offering those services. For questions about your information, contact info@mayaweb.in.
A project may involve additional data, accounts or customer records. Any project-specific access, confidentiality, processing and handover requirements should be recorded in the service agreement before that information is shared.
Information you provide
Depending on the form or conversation, you may share your name, email address, phone number with country code, website, business details, selected service, budget, project requirements or creative brief. Creator enquiries may also include social profile links and collaboration details.
When you become a client, relevant information may include correspondence, invoices, approvals, supplied files and the access needed to complete the agreed work. Please provide only what is needed. Do not put passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information into a general enquiry form.
How website enquiries work
When you submit an enquiry form, your details are processed by our Cloudflare-hosted form endpoint and Resend email delivery service, then sent to MayaWeb at info@mayaweb.in so we can respond. The confirmation page appears only after the email service accepts the submission; this does not guarantee inbox delivery.
After a successful submission, this browser tab stores a confirmation reference, the selected service and a timestamp in session storage so the thank-you page can display the result. Your name, email, phone and message are not stored in that confirmation record. The confirmation is displayed for up to 30 minutes; it is not deleted by an automatic timer. Closing the tab or clearing its site data normally removes session storage, although browser session restoration can affect this.
Cloudflare and Resend process enquiry details to operate the form and deliver its email. We also offer direct WhatsApp, telephone and email contact links. If you use those links, the selected provider processes the information you share under its own privacy policy.
Why information is used
- To reply to your enquiry and understand the work you are requesting.
- To prepare a proposal, communicate about a project and deliver agreed services.
- To manage approvals, support requests, billing and business records.
- To investigate misuse or disputes and meet applicable legal requirements.
A service enquiry is not blanket permission for unrelated promotional messages. You can tell us if you do not want further marketing contact.
Browser data and third-party services
The enquiry confirmation uses session storage rather than a marketing cookie. Website hosting and security providers may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser details and the page requested to deliver and protect the site.
Some pages contain external video players and links to social platforms. Loading or using them may share browser or device information with the relevant provider. Their use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by their own policies and your settings with them. Browser settings can restrict storage, but doing so may affect enquiry confirmations or embedded content.
Service providers and sharing
Information needed to handle an enquiry or deliver a project may be available to authorised team members and the communication, hosting, file-sharing or other service providers used for that work. Share customer lists or account access only after the purpose, permissions and handling arrangements have been agreed.
Information may also need to be disclosed to meet a valid legal requirement or resolve a dispute. Third-party services can operate in different countries; discuss any location or confidentiality restrictions before providing project data.
Retention and security
Browser confirmation records and messages already sent to MayaWeb are separate records. Sent correspondence and project records may need to be retained for delivery, support, accounting or legal purposes. The appropriate retention period depends on the record and the applicable requirements; contact us about a particular record rather than assuming the browser confirmation’s time limit also applies to it.
No internet transfer or storage method can promise complete security. Please arrange an appropriate sharing method with us before sending confidential files and use limited account permissions where possible.
Your choices and requests
You can contact info@mayaweb.in to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, withdraw permission for a particular optional use, or raise a privacy concern. Identify the relevant enquiry or project without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Requests are considered under applicable law, including any record-keeping obligations. Withdrawing information needed for a service may affect our ability to continue that service. This policy does not limit rights available to you under applicable data-protection law.
Children and policy updates
Our enquiry process is intended for business contacts and people able to authorise a service engagement. It does not ask for children’s personal information. If a child has supplied information, a parent or guardian can contact us to request assistance.
Changes to this policy will be reflected in the date on this page. Review it again when making a new enquiry or if the website’s features change.
