Website use and service agreements
These terms explain the use of the MayaWeb website and the basis on which a service engagement is discussed. Browsing, requesting a quote or preparing an enquiry does not by itself purchase a package or create a paid project.
The agreed proposal, statement of work or service agreement sets the project’s deliverables, price, schedule, payment terms and responsibilities. Project-specific terms take priority over general website descriptions where they address the same issue, subject to applicable law. Ask us to resolve any inconsistency before work starts.
Services and agreed scope
MayaWeb offers SEO, PPC, social media management and advertising, content marketing, tools and integration, email marketing, influencer marketing, game development, video editing and production, photo editing, web design and development, app development, UI/UX design and graphic design.
A listing describes a service; it does not include every possible feature. Confirm quantities, platforms, formats, revision rounds, source files, integrations, maintenance and any exclusions in the proposal. New requirements or work beyond that scope need a separately agreed change, including its effect on cost and timing.
Prices and payment
Website prices are in USD and use the billing unit displayed with the package, such as per month, project, campaign, video, image or design. The published minimum service fee is $99 USD. Quote-based work is priced after requirements are reviewed.
Deposits, milestones, renewal arrangements and payment due dates are specified in the agreed proposal or invoice. Advertising spend, third-party subscriptions, hosting, domains, licences, creator fees and applicable taxes are additional where the package excludes them. A website enquiry is not a payment authorisation.
Confirm the current quote before committing. A later change to a website price does not, by itself, change an existing agreed project price.
Client information and approvals
Please provide accurate business information, an authorised project contact, agreed materials and timely feedback. Only provide content and account access that you have permission to use and share. Tell us about legal, accessibility, industry or confidentiality requirements that must form part of the brief.
Missing materials, late approvals or changes in direction may affect the delivery plan. Any revised milestones, pause or additional work should be discussed and recorded. Keep copies of your original files and arrange appropriate backups before changes are made to a live system.
Content, licences and handover
MayaWeb branding and website materials, and third-party logos or works shown on the site, remain subject to their respective ownership and licence rights. A link, sample or portfolio image is not permission to reuse that material.
The project agreement determines ownership, usage rights, editable files, source code, account access and handover conditions for commissioned work. Fonts, stock media, software, templates and other third-party components may have separate licence requirements. Confirm these before commissioning work intended for resale or wider distribution.
Delivery and third-party platforms
Schedules depend on the agreed scope, approvals and any external dependencies. Advertising platforms, search engines, app stores, email providers and other services control their own policies and approvals. MayaWeb cannot promise their acceptance or uninterrupted operation.
Marketing work does not guarantee a particular ranking, number of leads, revenue, return on advertising spend or fixed completion time for an external approval. Any acceptance criteria or service commitments belong in the written project agreement.
Acceptable use and concerns
Do not use this website to send unlawful material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website’s operation. Report a suspected error or security issue to us instead of testing it against the live site.
For changes, cancellation, billing concerns or incomplete deliverables, contact the team with the relevant project details. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing here prevents a lawful complaint, honest review or exercise of consumer rights.
Applicable rights and updates
Any governing law, dispute procedure, warranties or liability provisions for a paid engagement should be stated in its agreement and remain subject to mandatory applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.
We may update website information and these terms. Updates do not retrospectively alter an agreed project without an applicable contractual basis or further agreement. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible.
