A visitor should know what to do next. MayaWeb designs websites, apps and product interfaces around that simple idea: clear information, useful interactions and a recognisable brand. From an early concept to a product that needs a rethink, we turn your brief into flows, screens and prototypes your team can review before development.
MAYAWEB · UI/UX DESIGN
User experience (UX) design plans how someone completes a task: the information they need, the choices they make and the route between screens. User interface (UI) design gives that journey its visual language through layout, typography, colour, controls and feedback.
Together, they help a product communicate clearly. A checkout, dashboard or enquiry form needs more than an attractive screen; it needs a sensible sequence and useful guidance when something goes wrong.
Our UI/UX design services suit new businesses, growing products and teams improving an existing experience. We define the screen list, user flows and design deliverables around your audience, business goals and available budget.

Design-only packages; development and participant recruitment for research are separate.
MAYAWEB · UI/UX DESIGN
Help people find the right service, understand a screen and recognise its main action. Clear labels and a purposeful hierarchy reduce unnecessary guesswork.
Review a flow in a wireframe or prototype while changes are still design decisions. Identify missing information and awkward steps before they become development tasks.
Give visitors the information they need to make a decision, then make the enquiry or checkout route understandable. Outcomes depend on the offer, traffic and implementation too.
Reuse patterns for buttons, forms, menus and feedback so people do not have to learn the interface again on every screen.
Plan readable content, visible focus, helpful error messages and sensible mobile layouts. These details make the experience more accommodating.
Document the intended screens, components and behaviours so your build team can ask specific questions and estimate the implementation more accurately.
MAYAWEB · UI/UX DESIGN
We begin with what your business needs people to do and what currently gets in their way. Your audience, content and constraints guide the discussion.
Screen counts, platforms, feedback rounds and deliverables are agreed in the proposal. Additional requirements are discussed as scope changes.
Give feedback on structure before visual polish, then review the interface and prototype. Each stage has a clear decision to make.
We explain the reasoning behind design choices and collect consolidated feedback. You know what needs your approval and what happens next.
Existing colours, typography, assets and tone stay part of the brief. A wider identity refresh is considered only when you want one.
We confirm the agreed files, assets and notes, along with any follow-up support. Your team can understand the design decisions and remaining dependencies.
MAYAWEB · UI/UX DESIGN
Our approach connects design decisions with the practical work of running and building your digital experience.
The promise in your campaign, the content on your website and the action inside your product should fit together. We consider those connections when shaping the experience.
A good flow includes empty lists, validation errors, loading feedback and confirmations. We identify which states belong in the scope instead of treating them as afterthoughts.
Design choices are discussed alongside device constraints, content needs and implementation effort. Our web and app services offer a connected next step when development is required.
MAYAWEB · UI/UX DESIGN
Choose the services your project needs. Research depth, testing, screen counts and documentation are agreed separately for each scope.
Clarify who the product serves and what those people are trying to achieve. Use the information available to separate known needs from assumptions.
Review an existing experience to find unclear navigation, confusing forms and other obstacles. Organise recommendations so the next design phase has a useful starting point.
Plan where information belongs and how someone finds it. Make navigation and content relationships understandable before designing detailed screens.
Explore layout and content priorities without committing to a finished visual style. Wireframes help your team discuss what each screen needs to achieve.
Turn the approved structure into a visual experience that fits your brand. Set clear relationships between headings, content, controls and supporting information.
Connect screens into a clickable journey so stakeholders can experience the proposed flow. Prototypes support feedback without implying that the underlying software has been built.
Review how understandable the proposed experience is. Where user sessions are agreed, observe tasks and record the places where people hesitate or need help.
Create a shared set of patterns so the interface remains consistent as it grows. Agree how much documentation and component coverage the product needs.
Clarify the small moments that guide a person through a task. Consider button labels, progress, feedback and motion alongside the screen itself.
MAYAWEB · UI/UX DESIGN
Organise your offer, make navigation easier and create a purposeful path to enquiry. Connect with our website design service for a broader site project.
Plan onboarding, touch interactions and screen states for the intended devices. Continue into app development when the approved design is ready to build.
Consider product discovery, comparison, cart and checkout as one connected experience. Make delivery, pricing and purchase information easier to understand.
Help new users understand the product, complete setup and find useful features. Design around the roles and tasks that matter to your customers.
Organise complex information around decisions and everyday work. Clarify filters, tables, status indicators and permissions for different user roles.
Plan booking, learning, account or membership journeys around the information people need at each step. Include exceptional states as well as the main route.
THE MAYAWEB DESIGN PROCESS
Agree the audience, problem, business priorities and constraints. Review the existing product, content and available evidence.
Outline the main journeys, screen list and information structure. Decide which tasks and states the project will cover.
Review layout and sequence before investing in detailed styling. Resolve the important structure and content questions.
Apply your visual identity, define components and connect the agreed screens into a prototype for review.
Collect stakeholder feedback and any agreed user-testing findings. Make the included revisions and record remaining decisions.
Organise design files, assets and specifications. Review the handover with the build team when that collaboration is in scope.
MAYAWEB · UI/UX DESIGN
For a new product, the first question might be whether the main task is clear. For an existing product, it could be where people abandon a form or struggle to find a feature. We choose the review around the question, rather than adding research activities without a purpose.
Existing support questions, stakeholder knowledge and analytics can provide a starting point. Interviews or observed usability sessions can add direct feedback where access, participant recruitment and consent are arranged.
The output should make the next step clearer: what we learned, what remains uncertain and which changes deserve attention. A prototype review does not replace testing the finished implementation.
AN ACTIONABLE REVIEW
MAYAWEB · UI/UX DESIGN
Repeated patterns should behave consistently. A component library can bring buttons, inputs, navigation, cards and feedback states into one organised place, with the variations your product actually needs.
We agree the difference between a small set of core components and a wider design system. A full system may need documentation, naming conventions, design tokens and a plan for future updates; it is not assumed to be included in a starter package.

These checks inform the design brief. Formal accessibility assessments and implementation testing are separately agreed tasks.
Give important information a clear place. Plan type size, spacing and contrast around the content and its context.
Consider the order of controls and how focus is shown. Document interaction requirements for implementation and testing.
Use visible labels and explain what needs correcting. Plan submission, error and confirmation states as part of the journey.
Check how navigation, text and controls adapt to smaller screens. Avoid relying on a desktop layout simply shrinking.
Use transitions to explain a change of state. Consider reduced-motion preferences and avoid making movement essential to understanding.
Give tables, charts and status indicators useful context. Make meanings clear through labels and structure as well as colour.

Our Standard package starts at $399 USD per project. It includes up to 10 screen designs, user flow and wireframes, a prototype and core components, and 2 revision rounds. Basic, Premium and Custom are quoted around your brief. These details match our main pricing page.
We agree a screen list before work starts. Additional layouts, responsive variants, role-specific views and empty or error states can affect the scope. Your proposal identifies what the screen allowance covers.
The UI/UX packages are design-only. A prototype demonstrates the proposed journey; it is not a working website or app. Development can be quoted through our web or app development services.
Timing depends on the number of screens, the complexity of the journeys, research requirements, content readiness and review rounds. We agree milestones after reviewing the brief rather than promising one timeline for every project.
The Standard package includes 2 revision rounds. Other packages confirm their review scope in the proposal. Additional rounds, screens or a change in direction are discussed and priced before the extra work begins.
UX considers how a person completes a task and moves through the information. UI defines the visual presentation and interactive controls. We plan them together so the interface supports the intended journey.
Yes. Share the current experience, the problems you want to solve and any available feedback. We can define an audit, a focused flow improvement or a broader redesign.
Research depth and testing are defined in the proposal. The Standard package lists user flow, wireframes, screen designs, a prototype and core components; it does not automatically include participant recruitment or a full research study.
Yes. Share your logo, colour palette, fonts and any existing guidelines. We use those as the starting point and agree any changes before introducing a different visual direction.
These can be scoped as UI/UX projects. We agree the intended platforms, user roles, journeys and responsive behaviour. Different devices and complex features can require additional screens or states.
The file formats, editable files, access and ownership terms are confirmed in the agreement. Third-party assets and fonts remain subject to their licences. We organise the agreed files for handover.
Yes. We can agree a handover for your existing development team, including the required assets and behaviour notes. Developer review sessions or support during the build are included when specified.
No. Clearer design can support better journeys, but results also depend on traffic, the offer, content, pricing and implementation. We agree practical review criteria rather than promising a percentage improvement.
We consider readability, interaction states and other inclusive design details within the agreed scope. Formal conformance assessments and testing of the finished implementation are separate tasks; a design file alone is not certification.
